Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel New York

At my first stay, the staff kindly helped my elderly parents. I keep returning for the good attitude and amenities like free Wi-Fi, parking, and a fitness studio. This place suits me perfectly. Coming back for Easter!

As women travelling alone, we felt safe in the run-down area. The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The location was ideal, with the subway only minutes away.

All in all everything was nice, had a really enjoyable stay at our first hotel. Lots of meals for breakfast, including eggs, toast, cereal and hot waffles. We liked the room with a view.

Clean hotel, there were lovely location and staff. The restaurant was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. Check-in was good.

The bed in our room was not very comfortable.

The standout here is the free breakfast buffet that includes items like eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt. I felt like I was in a Michelin-starred restaurant with the variety and quality of the breakfast spread. It gave me the energy I needed to explore the nearby attractions in Manhattan.

Possibly the best and really nice stay with the one night being a cancellation. Its staff was courteous and incredible. Everything was simply good.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The furnishings in the room were modern and comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as inconsistent WiFi and street noise, our overall experience at Best Western was very positive. We even received a delicious breakfast every morning. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the city.

Its typical hotel, but the breakfast here is amazing and stuff are exceptional. The setting is magnificent and ideal, so close to subway station, convenience store around 100 yards on the way to the venue.

Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained with nice furniture and offered a great view of Manhattan from the upper floors. I also appreciated the attention to detail with basic amenities and the included breakfast, which had a variety of options including delicious porridge. it was a great value for money, with all the necessary comforts.

The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to the subway and only a few stops away from popular tourist attractions. the air conditioning in the rooms was appreciated, especially during my stay in the summer. Additionally, having breakfast included was a convenient perk.

The breakfast room was quite small and there was not enough seating for everyone. As a result, I had to take my breakfast back to my room to eat, which was not ideal.

The hotel has a great location, situated just a few minutes’ walk from the subway station. This makes it really easy to get to all the attractions in Manhattan. Plus, the bathroom has great water pressure and temperature.

The parking area is quite small and maneuvering cars in and out can be tricky.

I recently stayed at Best Western for a week-long trip. The staff was incredibly kind, from the reception to the maids. The breakfast spread was amazing and had a great variety. My room was spacious and well-maintained, and the view of the Queens bridge and Empire State Building was breathtaking. The bathroom was luxurious and the hotel felt like a home away from home. I want to give a special shoutout to the African American lady at the reception who always greeted me with a beautiful smile and waved whenever I returned. The location was also great, just a 3-minute walk to the yellow metro station.

From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and hellos. the accommodations were clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and exceptionally clean bathroom. the hotel had a fun and cheery atmosphere, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. the complimentary amenities like teas & coffees at reception and soaps & shampoos in the rooms were a nice touch. the fast and easy-to-use wi-fi was also a plus. the location was convenient, with nearby subways and great restaurants just a quick Uber ride away. it was one of the best hotel stays we've had in a long time.

I chose this hotel for a business appointment as it offers complimentary wired Internet access and a 24-hour business center, which were very convenient for my work. The front desk staff, particularly Monika, was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of room to sit and relax. It was a short walk to the building for my meeting.

The only service I missed for my work was a lack of printing facilities, which would have been useful for some documents I needed to print for my appointment.
